Minced pork can be used in many different types of dishes like porridge, with stir fry vegetables, claypot dishes, hot-plate dishes, soups or even on its own. Our mothers believe that eating porridge cooked with minced meat and vegetable is good for digestion and helps in recovering from sickness.
The meat comes frozen in its 2 kg form. It is recommended that you cooked them at one go, once it is fully defrosted. You can choose to store the cooked leftovers in the fridge for consumptions within 2 days.
