Description
Pork meaty riblet is the front ribs that are connected to the breast bone and have a number of small bones and cartilage. It comes with meat from the shoulder and is usually considered as a cheaper alternative to pork ribs that packs a nice flavour.
We have cut the riblets into about 1 cm long so they are easy to prepare and cook.
