Minced from the beef shank, which are from the leg portion of the cow. It is a strong muscle and it must be cooked slowly for it to disintegrate and become tender Great for making bolognese and meat sauce.
The meat comes frozen in its 2 kg form. It is recommended that you cooked them at one go, once it is fully defrosted. You can choose to store the cooked leftovers in the fridge for consumptions within 2 days.
