Pork loin is cut from the back of a pig. It usually comes attached with rib bones, which we have removed. We are providing you with the boneless version, sliced to about 0.5 cm thick each, so it can be easily prepared for cooking.
While the meat is fairly lean, it comes with a thick cap of fat on top. That can give your cooked dish a great flavour. It can be easily removed after cooking if you are not intending to eat it.
You can cook it like pork chops, grill it over moderate heat or seared it for a tasty meal. Be sure not to overcook it, else the meat will become tough.
