Description
The pork knuckle is the joint between the pig’s shoulder and upper part of the foot. It comes with skin, tendons and ligaments, and usually require a long cooking time. You can roast it till it is crispy, boil it in water to make a great broth or braised it long for the meat to become tender.
We have cut each piece to about 4 cm so they can be quickly prepared and cooked to be enjoyed.
